DiModa Gatora |
| DiModa Gatora undergoes a similar procedure as the smooth DiModa hides. However, the second finish application includes a unique pearl effect. Before the second round of heat drying, Gatora hides are negatively printed (printed on the back side) with an alligator pattern. DiModa Gatora hides are drummed with water for several hours to increase softness, then ring dried to remove the excess water. The ring drying process pushes out the negative print to give the pattern more depth. Gatora hides are heat dried a second time, then redrummed again dry, before receiving the final topcoat. DiModa Gatora hides spend several hours tumbling in the drum to soften the hides and to add depth to the pattern. All DiModa Gatora colors are GREENGUARD Certified. |
