Cut-to-Pattern

With Garrett's automated Cut-to-Pattern program, custom sewing patterns are precisely cut to the customer's exact specifications. Customers receive peace of mind with exceptional customer service and superior quality patterns, as the leather is closely inspected by Garrett's leather specialists. Cutting yields are maximized to reduce waste and lower leather costs. Automated cutting blades produce precise patterns with consistent results.  Detailed labels and organized packaging increases efficiency and improves inventory management. Condensed packaging reduces costs of shipping and labor. Impress

Garrett's Impress patterns are produced using a combination of heat and pressure to emboss specific patterns on finished leather. Over 30 patterns are available on more than 400 colors, in half hide increments. Lead time for all Impress orders is two weeks from the receipt of the confirmed purchase order and applicable deposit.

Caiman Embossing

Caiman is an exotic reptile pattern that is embossed on any Garrett Distressed or Vintage color. Caiman hides are embossed in Italy and are available in both whole and half hide sizes.

Custom Embossing

Have your corporate logo or any custom design embossed on leather. Send your artwork with actual dimensions to Garrett for a price quote. A custom mold will be made and a sample will be provided for a small fee. Orders will be filled upon final approval of sample. Please allow three weeks for a sample and another three weeks for production.

Custom Laser Embossing

Laser embossing creates beautiful patterns on leather using heat and computerized lasers. Send your artwork with actual dimensions to Garrett for a price quote. Upon request, a sample with your design will be provided for a small fee. Once approved, your order will begin production. Please allow three weeks for delivery.

Perforating

Perforating may be done in 11 different patterns on any type of Garrett leather, with the exception of Wovens, Steerhides, and Sheepskin. Garrett will perforate any customer supplied leather as well. All perforating is done in half hide increments with a ten-day lead-time.

Skiving

Skiving is a method used to reduce the thickness of leather hides to 0.7mm or 0.8mm. Any Garrett hide or customer supplied leather may be skived. Skiving is done with a two-week lead time. A half hide minimum order is required.

Flameproofing

Many of Garrett's products are treated during the tanning process to meet industry flammability requirements. Products that are not treated during the tanning process may be treated at Garrett's facility at no additional charge. Certification is available upon request.
