Our website allows you to request samples online. You may also apply for membership, which upon approval, gives you access to additional information. We upgraded our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to be compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements. All credit card and payment information is encrypted and saved in our CRM. Authorization forms are secured in a locked area.All online transactions are protected with SSL certificates. We have a limited number of administrators who have access to our online membership data. All membership data is password protected.We use third parties to send some of our correspondence, newsletters, and other company updates.
